How it works

How does the instant valuation work?

Our valuation system analyses real‑time Queensland market data, recent sales, your car’s kilometres, condition, make, model, year, ownership details and location to generate an instant price guide.

Is the instant quote the final price?

It’s a preliminary online valuation. If the inspection confirms your information is accurate, the price is honoured. If not, we revise the offer fairly based on actual condition.

How long is my valuation valid for?

Your valuation is valid for 3 days. This protects you from market fluctuations while keeping the price up‑to‑date with SE QLD demand.

Vehicle eligibility – the cars we buy

What types of cars do you buy?

We buy most cars, SUVs, 4WDs, vans, utes, hybrids, EVs and luxury vehicles. Running or not, registered or unregistered — most cars can be valued instantly.

Do you buy damaged or unregistered cars?

Yes. We buy vehicles with mechanical issues, cosmetic damage, hail damage, or lapsed registration. If the vehicle is a statutory write‑off or non‑running, we’ll assess it case‑by‑case.

Can I sell a car with finance owing?

Yes. We work with your lender to obtain the payout figure. If your offer exceeds the payout, you receive the difference. If the payout is higher, you simply cover the shortfall at settlement.

We organise a quick onsite inspection at your home, workplace or a convenient public location. It takes 10-15 minutes and confirms kms, VIN, condition and ownership.

Do I need a Queensland roadworthy certificate?

No. A roadworthy certificate is NOT required when selling directly to us, only for private-to-private transfers.

What documents do I need?

Bring your driver’s licence or photo ID, registration certificate (if registered), service history/logbook if available, and all keys. If you’re missing something, we can advise alternatives.

How long does the process take?

Most customers complete the full process — instant quote, inspection, payment — within 24 hours.

Payment is made via secure bank transfer the same day or next business day after final acceptance and paperwork.

Are there any fees or hidden charges?
